Bright, comfortable and tranquil BB
Renette runs a lovely B&B guesthouse. It is a modern bungalow with well-appointed, comfortable guest rooms lining one side of the courtyard swimming pool, each accessed by a large patio door. We stayed twice on separate nights. On both occasions, some other guests were on business and chose the house as a comfortable base to work from by the pool, using laptops and the free Wi-Fi. Really friendly Windhoek option
We stayed at the start and end of our recent 2 week self drive holiday around Namibia. Located in a nice area of Windhoek and with owners who were super helpful with dinner reservations, taxis and recommendations both in Windhoek and beyond. House on Olaf Palme is very much a B&B with comfortable rooms - but the hospitality of the owners made it an ideal start/finish point for our trip and I'd heartly recommend the place if you are doing the same.

Inhabergeführtes Hotel in sicherer Gegend
Das House on Olof Palme liegt in einer guten Gegend von Windhoek. Das kleine Hotel ist inhabergeführt und man wird von Renate freundlich begrüsst. Auch ein Taxi mit einem sehr freundliche Fahrer (Mr. Thomas) wird auf Wunsch organisiert. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bieten aber alles was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und sehr frisch. Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für einen Aufenthalt bei der An- oder Abreise in Namibia.

Great stay in Windhoek

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Unser Familienzimmer war perfekt. Wir haben eine Empfehlung zum Essen bekommen im The Stellenbosch inklusive dem fantastischen Mr. Thomas, der uns zuverlässig zum Restaurant gefahren und auch wieder abgeholt hat. Quiet and very friendly place!
We spent one night at The House on Olof Palme and we really enjoyed it. The hosts are very friendly and thoughtful, they arranged reservations for dinner and even transportation right after we arrived. The room was very clean, quiet and had all the comfort you need. Tolle Unterkunft in Windhoek
